Chris Holliday
Originally from Evans, Georgia, Chris attended the University of Georgia receiving a Bachelor of Business in Marketing/Finance and later receiving a Masters of Forest Resources. Having always had an inspiration for real estate and working in the civil engineering/land planning field for over 15 years, Chris decided to acquire his real estate license and make his passion for deal making a reality.

Grace Fincher
Grace graduated with a BFA from the University of Georgia, and she has lived in Athens, GA for the better part of her life (giving her true townie status). She is a licensed realtor with extensive knowledge of the area and a passion for connecting buyers and sellers.
She currently lives in the Five Points area with her cat, Loo, and she enjoys working with textiles and reading in her spare time.
